Hey!
My name is Meriden Dahlfors, but please just call me
Denni! I am a senior in Advertising with a Communications minor. This past
summer I traveled abroad to Ireland, Scotland and England for ADV 399, with
some other students here in ADV 491. We studied marketing and branding of tourist
locations as well as the branding of the Olympics. Here at school, I work for
the University’s Football team as a Recruiting Assistant, am one of the recruitment chairs for my sorority and was an on-air DJ at WPGU. I
am also currently lucky enough to be interning for the Chicago Bears as one of
their Events and Entertainment Interns. Working specialty events, Training
Camp and now Game Days, I have found I love working in the atmosphere of the
NFL. I love Chicago, so in the future I hope to get to work for one of
Chicago’s professional sports teams (ideally to continue with the Bears) doing
promotions/marketing and events!!
