Hello! My name is Joe Saplis and I am a senior majoring in advertising with a minor in business. This summer I interned at Starcom MediaVest Group on the Jim Beam strategy team. I got to help develop media plans for SkinnyGirl and Hornitos. I also got to help with the initial strategy phases for Pinnacle because Starcom won the account in the middle of my internship. I participated in NSAC last year and I've been involved with AAF since I was a freshman. The previous summer I interned for the inaugural AdCamp Chicago. I'm interested in working at an advertising agency as an account planner, creative, or media strategist after I graduate (I haven't decided yet).
