Hi everyone! My name is Lauren "Lo" Roe and I'm finally a senior here at U of I. I am an Advertising major and have a minor in Communication and will also be earning my Public Relations certificate. Most people stick to their major when it comes to clubs and organizations, but I think I've got the best of both worlds. I am currently serving as a Publicity Chair of the University of Illinois Black Chorus, where I have dedicated the majority of my time here at U of I. I am a first soprano, and have sung individually and with choral groups since the age of 11, and would like to pursue my dreams of becoming a recording artist. I plan to use my Advertising background to be involved with music-related media and programming in addition to event planning. I've also considered becoming a traveling consultant for companies or music labels regarding Advertising research, defining their brands, and planning in general.
Nice to meet you all!
