My name is Jacob Goldstein and I am currently a senior
studying Advertising and Vocal Performance.
I recently returned from a semester in Milan, Italy where I
had the opportunity to meet many Italians, teach English to Italian 5
th
graders, study with a professional opera singer, learn about Italian media and
travel to 27 cities in 8 different countries.
I spent this past summer as a Marketing/Publicity intern at Goodman
Theatre in Chicago, one of the largest regional theatres in the country.
On campus, I am currently involved in
Phi Gamma Nu, a business fraternity, and also perform in Theatre/Music
Department productions at Krannert.
While I am uncertain what the future will bring, I hope to be able to
use my knowledge of and passion for the performing arts.
I’m looking forward to this class as a
capstone of my advertising studies thus far.
