Hello, my name is Yujin Lee. I am a senior in Advertising. I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and had spent most of my life there. I'd wanted to live somewhere other than Korea for a while so I literally threw a dart on a map and came to the States about 4 years ago. I went to a school in Chicago for 2 years and transferred to U of I last year. This past summer I biked across the country from New York to San Francisco. I passed 14 states and it took 74 days total. I can proudly say that it was my best summer ever. As you can see, I love adventures and trying something new. I don't remember when it was but I saw one commercial and decided to be a person who makes a commercial that can change a person's future, like I did. That is how I chose my major and I love studying it. I'm more interested in creating ads as an art director or a copywriter. I don't have any experiences in the field but I travel and go for an adventure a lot to experience various things which make me creative. I'm also very excited to meet a real client and work on a project through this class.
